President
VP Samy has over 34 years of experience and is responsible for business operations related to project management and administration of our design, engineering, and planning services. Samy’s structural and operational background ensures that projects are completed within established timelines and budgets. Mr. Samy is responsible for all phases of professional services, including preparation of technical reports, analysis and design, program development, technical specifications, drawings, bidding services, construction administration and supervision.
As Principal-in-charge at Maitra Associates, Samy is responsible for supervising all engineering staff and oversee production and quality control. He directs and coordinates production, operations and quality assurance. Samy also heads up all hiring, training, and mentoring, writes performance reviews and solves internal issues.
